The well appointed kitchen has leathered quartzite countertops and stainless steel appliances and gas range, dishwasher, garbage disposal full size fridge and freezer. Keurig Coffee maker. Dining table and peninsula/bar. Full size washer and dryer, wifi enabled. Ceiling fans throughout and central AC. For your convenience and safety there is a full home power generator and security camera. Return from the beach to hours of indoor/outdoor entertaining as the great room is flooded with sunlight all afternoon. Open up the accordion doors to the fully fenced yard and 10 person Grand Cayman Extreme swim spa with safety grab bar and LED Lights for nighttime ambiance.
