



Looking for AFFORDABLE? This 2/1 is priced right. Is it perfect? No, but what house is perfect. There are a few repairs, updates that you might want to do. You might want different colors of paint or different flooring, it has a single car carport, fenced yard & a basement. No pictures of the basement yet because I don't do basements. I'll get those asap. There are extra washer & dryer connections in the basement. Roof was replaced in July 2025. Some real wood floors that very likely are original. The fireplace was built as a wood burning fireplace. We do not know the condition & if it is still useable or not. Seller will not guarantee use of fireplace.
