The frames are of the Cortizo brand with Saint-Gobain double glazing, suitable for the requirements of the thermal study. The home automation system with touch panel and app allows general control of the fraction, complemented by CCTV video surveillance at the entrance. The building has a gym, multipurpose space for the use of the condominium owners, perimeter gardens and Wi-Fi in the common areas. Parking is integrated into the development, with a parking space included for T1, two spaces for T2 and three for T3, all with pre-installation for electric vehicle charging. Vila do Conde uniquely combines the quality of coastal life with proximity to services, commerce and reference equipment. Access to the A28 allows you to reach Porto in about 20 minutes and Francisco Sá Carneiro airport in equivalent time.
