Urban Planning Conditions and Parameters: > a) The occupation of undeveloped areas must ensure continuity and integration with the surrounding urban layouts and typologies; > b) Green areas to be created should be landscaped using native and fire-resilient species; > c) The remaining urban planning conditions and parameters shall be those established in the Urbanization Plan to be prepared within the scope of UOPG (3), or, until its approval, those established in the Municipal Master Plan (PDM), as well as the provisions of Section I of this annex, whenever applicable. Development Execution: The implementation of this SUOPG shall be carried out through urban development operations, framed within systematic execution units supported by an urban planning study.The execution of each structuring area may proceed independently, provided it is properly integrated into an urban planning study covering the entire SUOPG. The property is located within Area E3.02, with an execution deadline of 8 years from the date of the PDM revision.
