Rustic land with potential to be urbanized, total area of 2000 m². Excellent location, between the Ajuda University Campus (expanding), the Liga Foundation, the Holy Fire Brigade Association of Ajuda, and the Monsanto Forest Park. More distant but sufficiently close is the Ajuda National Palace. The land is roughly 22 m deep and 55 m wide usable. In light of the other conditions and limitations stated in articles 49, 53, 54 and 55 of the Lisbon Municipal Master Plan Regulations, the possibility of constructing a residential building with five floors, a facade of about 50 meters and a depth of 15 meters is considered, with the remainder of the plot as a courtyard. This building prospect is in accordance with article 54 of the Pdm Regulations, in item 2, point c), of the Iub (Gross Utilization) maximum of 2 m²/m² which would allow for the 2,000 square meters total of the land to have a housing occupation of 4,000 m².
