Reference: IPQX-T41. Located in Funchal. Historic mansion located in the heart of Príncipe Real, built in the 19th century, it has an imposing entrance that leads to a hall with an original marble floor and stone arches from that era. To the right, there is access to the dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry room, storage areas and an elevator. At the entrance, we also find an office that was formerly a chapel, while to the left there is an area that is now a two-bedroom apartment with a separate entrance. The majestic staircase that leads to the first floor is adorned with richly crafted walls and ceilings, and an impressive 15-meter-high skylight allows light to enter, creating a unique atmosphere...The first floor of the palace houses several reception rooms, a library, a living room and a reading room. All these rooms have ceilings over 4.5 meters high, decorated with elaborate plaster elements, and the floor is made of noble and solid wood. On this floor, there is also a bedroom and two bathrooms...On the second floor, we find a living room, a kitchenette, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the top floor, there is a master suite and an outdoor area with a deactivated swimming pool. This top floor needs work, but offers the possibility of increasing the space with the construction of attics and the creation of a garden and reflecting pool in the pool area. The mansion faces west, providing unobstructed views of some monuments from the top floor.
