Fábrica do Sabão presents an investment opportunity in a value-add refurbishment project located in Crato, in the Alto Alentejo region. The project envisages the repositioning of an emblematic heritage complex comprising a former manor house, soap factory, olive press and chapel into a 4-star rural hotel with 49 accommodation units and a gross construction area of 5,830 sqm, already benefiting from an approved architectural design.
