The manpower used in this farm is purely indigenous “Ngobe Bugle”, from the areas of Tole, San Felix and Alto Chamin. The room areas for the workers consist of wooden camps, keeping the local tradition of each of the natives that work in the farm. All the farm is assisted by 6 permanent laborers that do the agricultural works, and they are kept in the Social Security system, canceling their employment benefits as required by law.
