New Landmark

New Landmark is a massive complex that covers a site area of 14,468 sqm. It is an ideal place, with unobstructed sea views, for investment, living or vacation. New Landmark offers three kinds of products: seaview apartments, premium hotel rooms (five-star) and spaces in a large commercial centre.

 New Landmark is located near the Gold Lion Roundabout, a well-known landmark in the heart of Sihanoukville, and close to the main road, Poulowai Street 300. It's just a short drive to the centre of the city, and two minutes to the famous Ochheuteal Beach. The crystal clear ocean waters are just 200 metres from the doorstep. The project is right in line with the city's expansion towards the south and east. Within one kilometre of New Landmark there are tons of hotels, restaurants, and large-scale shopping, gaming and entertainment venues. These include Gobo East, White Sand Palace Hotel, Jin Bei Casino & Hotel, and a duty-free shop. Life is vibrant and active in this part of Sihanoukville. 

There will be 4,124 units of accommodation at New Landmark. This includes 3,419 apartments, 241 boutique hotel rooms and 464 hotel rooms. These elegant spaces are spread across five buildings, called Building A, B, C, D and the hotel building. Buildings B and C are the tallest at 37 storeys, while Building A stands 33 storeys high. The hotel building boasts 21 storeys and Building D rounds out the bunch with eight storeys of its own. Building B is set for handover on August 30, 2021. 

New Landmark is now offering sea-view apartments on the waterfront, with 24% returns in two years. New Landmark will also host a large-scale commercial centre with a variety of commercial businesses, including the largest casino in Sihanoukville, spanning a whopping 10,000 sqm.
