We travel about four kilometers along the small roads that ascend from Varzi towards Bobbio, crossing a silent and authentic landscape. We reach an elevation of 563 meters, where a small cluster of a few houses stands, inhabited year-round or during the summer season. It is here that we find the house we present to you. A stone house that tells a beautiful story: that of the owner, who fell in love with these places and their context, and has lived here for over twenty years, never regretting her choice. We enter through the gate that opens onto the garden. A large porch welcomes and invites outdoor gatherings: convivial moments with friends, accompanied by a glass of good local wine, moments of quiet solitude with a book, or long family reunions that linger on stories, memories, and experiences lived or yet to come. The interiors are warm and inviting: a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with dining space; ascending to the first floor, we find two bedrooms and a bathroom. The materials stone, exposed beams, terracotta evoke the typical atmosphere of a country house, far from a standardized style and capable of leaving room for a bucolic life, simple and rich in poetry. Completing the property is a rustic structure, formerly a stable and hayloft, to be renovated, which offers interesting potential: a second dwelling for guests, a workshop, or, as it is today, a service and storage space.
