The Torre dell'Architetto for sale is a unique and fascinating property in Rancitella, in the beautiful hills of Montefeltro, about 10 kilometres from Urbino, a Unesco heritage site. In 2014, the building underwent a restoration and modernisation project that included the complete re-roofing with insulation and replacement of the old tiles, new custom-made wooden exterior doors and windows by Pb Finestre di Terre Roveresche, and the installation of a new condensing heating system with an Lpg boiler with new pipes and radiators.
