Reference: RLHP-T328. This charming luxury hotel dating back to the early 1800s is for sale in Spoleto, in the province of Perugia. Measuring over 3,000 sqm, this property has been deeply refurbished and its current structure is modern, with a touch of the 1800s and featuring original, sophisticated and welcoming elements sich as its internal courtyard with a fountain, and its enchanting cloister. The fountain features a plaque, dated to 1601, with a Latin inscription that can still be read, the crest of the town of Spoleto, Saint Pontianus riding a horse, and that of the vicegovernor of had it put, and water still coming out from the head of a big lion made of stone. The pastel colours of the façades reflects the light that pleasantly comes from the arches overlooking the courtyard. Here, guests can have breakfast or enjoy some drinks, relaxing in utmost privacy. When entering, we can find a sitting room with some armchairs positioned around an 18th-century fireplace, creating quite a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
