It was built in the early 19th century by engineer Parri, the designer of the first railway line in central Italy. On the occasion of the inauguration of this railway line, Grand Duke of Tuscany Leopold II and the Crown Prince of Italy also stayed at the villa, making its historical significance still tangible today. After a meticulous restoration in the 1980s and a complete renovation in 2011/2012, the villa now combines the charm of bygone times with modern comfort. Elegant deluxe rooms, suites, and apartments offer a relaxing atmosphere that harmoniously integrates into the extensive park. Surrounded by flowers, cypress trees, fruit trees, aromatic herbs, and imposing centuries-old magnolias, the estate invites relaxation with its infinity pool, a cozy poolside bar, an outdoor wellness area with a sauna and hot tub, and a small fitness room. Various terraced gardens with gazebos and carefully designed relaxation areas create additional green retreats.
