PIANCASTAGNAIO (SI): immersed in the Sienese hills, a farm consisting of a main house, three apartments, one of which has been recently renovated, and a restaurant on the ground floor. The property includes 3.5 hectares of land, of which about 9,000 square meters are vineyards, part is olive grove with about 100 producing plants, and part is arable land and pasture, a 15x5.5 swimming pool, an outbuilding used as a garage, a pond previously used for sport fishing, and a small wooden chalet.
