Reference: BFXX-T259. Restored apartments in ancient Umbrian borgo. This is a big restoration project of an old Umbrian borgo called "Castello di Postignano" with 59 apartments and located in the municipality of Sellano, in the heart of the Valnerina. Each apartment has been renovated by creating the perfect union between the original style and the installation of all modern comforts, from under-floor heating to internet connection. There are various types of apartments available, from 70 sq m with panoramic views over the valley up to 150 sq m with panoramic terrace and private garden. Additionally, the construction of a hotel with 19 rooms, 3 suites, restaurant and meeting room is foreseen a few metres from the borgo, and a sporting complex and Spa with fitness centre, pool, tennis court and thermal baths.
