Typical Tuscan stone farmhouse on two levels, surrounded by large land and immersed in the Sienese countryside. Description The driveway lined with tall trees and surrounded by the garden leads to the house located on a small hill. Here is the farmhouse of about 200 square meters. The entrance introduces us to a cozy living area characterized by a large arched window, and on two levels staggered from each other the living area, on the upper level a dining area that can also be used as a living room, on the slightly lower level the sitting area with a large wood-burning fireplace. Adjacent to this space is the kitchen with adjoining pantry and the bathroom with shower. The staircase, in steel and wood, integrated into a furnished mezzanine, acts as a hallway to the sleeping area where we find two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub. Outdoor spaces The farmhouse is immersed and surrounded by the large land of the property, the part closest to the house is completely fenced and kept as a garden, with magnificent and majestic tall trees that give shade and coolness, while the furthest part lends itself to various uses, being a mainly flat land. In a space adjacent to the house we find a large farmyard paved in terracotta, protected by a majestic cedar, while in an area further away from the house we find the garage which, due to its size, is able to comfortably accommodate several cars as well as gardening tools. State and finishes The farmhouse, which was once the barn of a nearby manor house, had fallen into ruin, covered by brambles, the conservative restoration made in the early 90s gave it a typical and modern appearance and style. The anti-seismic and technological regulations that were not mandatory and unnecessary at the time have all been used, and although not visible, they represent an important plus of this property.
