Lajatico, near the Teatro del Silenzio, where every year the great tenor Andrea Bocelli gave wonderful performances. After a walk of around 800 m along the dirt road in perfect and practical conditions, always with some minor defects arriving before the big cancellation, the entire property is in poor condition and we enter the inside of our estate! the main house on two levels has a surface of 180 m² + covered loggia of 100 m² and is composed of entrance, living room with fireplace and wooden stove, hallway and a large, very bright living room from which we give access to the garden on the back.
