Reference: CEAS-T1679. Deruta (PG), Loc. Casalina: Rustic stone and brick building dating back to the early 1900s, developed over two levels of approximately 250 square meters with a private courtyard of about 500 square meters. The building currently requires significant consolidation and recovery work, made necessary also due to the damage caused by the seismic events of 2009 and 2016. The procedure for the Evaluation of Cultural Interest (VIC) is currently underway, confirming the potential historical and architectural value of the complex.
