Deruta, Umbria

Reference: CEAS-T1672. Deruta (PG): Rustic building dating back to the early 1900s, developed over two levels of 240 sqm and composed of several interconnected structures, built with different construction techniques that testify to the various historical phases of the building. At the time, the property featured three apartments on the first floor and stables and warehouses on the ground floor. The property includes a private courtyard of approximately 3,800 sqm and an annex in a rectangular shape of 63 sqm, characterized by a wooden roof with a brick covering, which completes the rural architectural context. Despite a partial renovation carried out several years ago, the building currently requires further consolidation and recovery interventions, also necessitated by the damage caused by the seismic events of 2009 and 2016. The procedure for the Evaluation of Cultural Interest (VIC) is currently underway, confirming the potential historical and architectural value of the complex. The property is located in a quiet and secluded position, immersed in greenery, suitable for those who wish to live in a private context and in close contact with nature.
