The organic farm consists of 135 hectares and is located in the municipality of Capalbio in the province of Grosseto. The 135 hectares are divided as follows: 50 hectares of forest, 85 hectares of cultivated land including 13 hectares of DOC Maremma vineyard and 4 hectares of olive grove. The production facility is built with 6,376 cubic meters, completed in 2012, and includes a winery with a barrel aging area, spaces dedicated to catering and gastronomy, an olive oil mill, and a laboratory for processing company products with an accompanying kitchen and storage areas. The accommodation area comprises approximately 350 square meters of space that can be converted into tourist reception areas, and two residential units within a single manor house of about 300 square meters. The dining activity takes place in a hall of about 100 square meters with an adjoining outdoor terrace, featuring a platform of over 125 square meters. Additionally, the farm has a shed for equipment and tractor storage, which has a solar panel system installed on the roof for clean energy production totaling 15 kW per hour. Near the shed, on the edge of the forest, there is a chalet of about 60 square meters designated for tourist reception. The farm is equipped with a fleet of tractors and equipment, and also raises cattle, predominantly Chianina cows, as well as horses. The water supply consists of a connection to the public drinking water service, two wells, and a rainwater collection reservoir of around 40,000 cubic meters for irrigation.
