Casale Acquarello is immersed in an unspoiled landscape: it is located in the heart of the Marche countryside, on a natural terrace overlooking the sunset, towards the Apennines. All around, soft and sinuous hills, covered with wheat fields and sunflowers, offer unique and unforgettable moments. It consists of 4 cozy apartments. Each of them has its own private outdoor space, porch or gazebo. In the garden you can cool off in the pool or in the barbecue area. The loggia is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, a stone's throw from the swimming pool, surrounded by nature. The fourth apartment is in the annex and consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed, two bathrooms. The property is reached via a short unpaved access road. Excellent starting point for pleasant walks in the hills of the Marche region. The natural parks of San Bartolo and Furlo are within easy reach. As well as the Adriatic coast, with its numerous beaches and the main cities of art such as Urbino, Pesaro, Fano, Senigallia. The nearby historic villages, such as Mondavio, are about 4 kilometers away. Discover Terre Roveresche Terre Roveresche is located in the Marche region, in the province of Pesaro-Urbino. It is a municipality born, in 2017, from the merger of four small medieval villages of Barchi, Orciano di Pesaro, Piagge and San Giorgio di Pesaro. Barchi is the smallest of the four municipalities. Piagge is the northernmost municipality, as well as the closest to the sea and the city of Fano. San Giorgio is the second largest municipality in terms of population and extends between the municipalities of Piagge and Orciano while the most populated village is Orciano of which the town hall is located. Terre Roveresche straddles the valleys of Metauro and Cesano, places rich in history and tradition.
