This country house is situated in an unspoiled setting: in the heart of the Marche region, with views that stretch all the way to the sunset and the Apennines. The surrounding rolling hills, covered with wheat fields and sunflowers, offer unique and unforgettable moments. From the house, you can quickly reach the Adriatic coast with its numerous beaches and historic villages such as Mondavio, as well as important cities like Urbino (a Unesco World Heritage Site) and Pesaro (birthplace of the composer Gioacchino Rosini). The house boasts a beautiful 12x6 m swimming pool with parasols and sun loungers, as well as a barbecue area and a carport. There is also an outbuilding, currently used as a fourth apartment, but officially a barn/storage space. The house is divided into three apartments: the middle apartment consists of a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms and a bathroom. The left apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and storage space on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The right apartment (a change of use still needs to be applied for, as this part is currently registered as a warehouse) consists of a kitchen/diner, bathroom, a bedroom, and a loft with a second sleeping area. An automatic gate leads directly to the approximately 3,000 square meter private garden, equipped with lighting and irrigation systems. The house is connected to municipal water, and rainwater is collected in a cistern. There is a solar water heater for hot water.
