Distinguishing features A few steps from the charming village of Loretello, one of the most picturesque castles of ancient Arcevia, stands Il Chiostro, a residence that brings with it the charm of stories whispered over time. The garden The garden is completely flat, a green carpet perfect for creating spaces for relaxation, conviviality or contemplation. The house The main house is spread over two levels. The terracotta floor adds warmth and authenticity. To the left is a large room now used as a kitchen it is said to have been the former residence of the priest. To the right, a corridor leads to three bedrooms and a bathroom, all with ceilings characterized by wooden beams and terracotta tiles, the most beautiful signature of rural architecture in the Marche region. Heating The house is not equipped with a heating system: the fireplace is now the only source of heat. An element consistent with the historical nature of the building and at the same time an invitation to customize the interiors according to one's needs.
