Location of the house: This beautiful estate is located in an extremely quiet, small village 18 km from Poreč and the same distance from the sea. Behind this first house, there is a swimming pool with a sunbathing area and terrace. The house is equipped with wood central heating, and additionally, there are air conditioners for heating and cooling. There is also an open fireplace in the tavern. This house was renovated in 2006 and is sold fully furnished. The second house is a semi-detached house, connected on one side to the neighboring house, and consists of a ground floor, first floor, and second floor. On the ground floor, there is a tavern with a fireplace and two storage rooms. Connections for a toilet are installed. On the outside of the ground floor, there is a garage currently used as a workshop or workroom. The first floor consists of an entrance area, a living room with kitchen and enclosed outdoor terrace, a large bathroom, and one bedroom. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms. In front of the house, there is an old well and a carport under which one vehicle can be parked and where firewood can be stored. This semi-detached house is equipped with air conditioners for heating and cooling. Additionally, there is a fireplace in the tavern on the ground floor, and on the first floor in the kitchen, there is a wood stove. The last renovation was in 2008, and it is sold fully furnished. Yard: Due to the position of the land and the layout of the houses, it is possible to use each house separately or all together as a large estate.
