The house with a total living area of 429 m2 is spread over three floors and consists of six apartments. On the ground floor there are two studio apartments consisting of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. On the first floor there are two apartments with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and access to a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and the surrounding area. On the third floor are two apartments with living room, kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom and access to the terrace. The apartments are nicely decorated, fully equipped and air-conditioned. In the construction of the house was used a stone, so-called traditional Brac stone, which was used to decorate the facade. The garden is arranged in a Mediterranean spirit with a swimming pool of 30 m2. For each apartment there are two outdoor parking spaces and a garage.
