The ground floor consists of an open living room and kitchen area with a fireplace and a spacious bathroom. The bedroom is located on the second semi floor and where there is access to the terrace with views of the Messara valley, the mountains and Pitsidia. Thanks to the use of natural stone and the Cretan construction method, the house is pleasantly cool to live in even when the outside temperature is high. If necessary, air conditioning can be switched on, which also serves as heating in the winter months. The open fireplace can be used for extra heating. The property is ideally situated in the centre of Pitsidia and a very short distance to the main square, cafes and restaurants. The beaches of Kalamaki, kommos and Matala are also within a short driving distance.
