A few kilometres from the city centre of Toulouse and from Toulouse Blagnac Airport, our hotel-Residence stands in an oasis of greenery, in the centre of a park of 2.5 hectares. This apartment will really be the perfect accommodation for a stay of several weeks or several months in Toulouse. Composed of a large living room with sofa and kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (140 * 190) and a bathroom with bath and toilet, this 1BR apartment is 37 sqm. It can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, a cooker hood, a coffee maker and everything you'll need for cooking. The apartment is also equipped with a balcony, an LCD TV and free cable internet access (fiber optic). Note that it is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Check in is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The residence offers free parking space and can lend bicycles (according to availability). You can also enjoy the seasonal outdoor pool. Pets are allowed (additional charges to be paid on the first day). During your stay you can enjoy the hotel services of the residence (meeting room, laundry, dry cleaning, bar, restaurant, shuttle...). The restaurant is open from Sunday evening to Friday noon on reservation. Outside of these hours you can find food on our 24/7 distributors. In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
