Ruffec, Charente 16700

An 18th-century noble house to be restored, with outbuildings and 2 hectares of tree filled grounds, between Poitiers and Angoulême, 5 minutes from Ruffec. The property's buildings are set out in a U-shape open to the south, with the manor house to the north and outbuildings on either side of the main residence, to the east and west. A bread oven is located in the northwest corner. A former house now in ruins can be found several metres southeast of the outbuilding. Two tree-lined tracks lead to the property. There is pastureland to the south and west, while the eastern part is wooded.
