Large renovated stone house with outbuildings and land of about 1300m² located in a small hamlet in the middle of nature in the commune of Rempnat, just under 20 minutes from the market town of Eymoutiers and about 10 minutes from the village with amenities of Faux-la-Montagne. The dwelling houseTwo adjoining buildings form the current house: the original dwelling house on 3 levels and the adjoining barn on 2 levels. On the 2nd floor, a landing (approx. 1.5M²) leads to a small shower room with toilet and a 3rd bedroom. The house is ready to be used, however, only a septic tank remains to be installed. The outbuildings and the garden There are several outbuildings in addition to the house, one of which has short-term development potential: a small house to finish converting on 2 levels (approx. 55M²), which could make a nice guest cottage, with adjoining garage (approx. 19M²), pigsties with attic (approx. 45M²) and an independent Auvergne barn on 2 levels (approx. 228M²). Note that the house is semi-detached from a 2nd barn belonging to the neighbor. The garden of the house is fully fenced with entrance gate. This also allows the neighbor to access his barn. The property is perched on a rocky outcrop raised from the surrounding meadows. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside below with the wooded peaks of the hills in the background. Access and Amenities The house is located in the unresourced commune of Rempnat, in the Millevaches Regional Park, but a good quarter of an hour's drive from the town of Eymoutiers along the Vienne, with its market, schools, amenities and train station on the Ussel-Limoges Line. Limoges can be reached by car or train in 40 minutes from Eymoutiers. Another village with amenities is just over 10 minutes away in Creuse, Faux-la-Montagne.
