This flat is located close to several bus routes, 500 m from the tram and 10 minutes from the station. It is in a secure residence with magnetic badges. A residence manager is on hand to ensure your peace of mind. Comprising an open-plan kitchen, a sleeping area with a small 120cm double bed and a desk, and a bathroom with shower, this studio can accommodate 1 person. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. The flat has free Wi-Fi access. It is fully furnished in a modern style. A disposable linen kit is provided upon arrival and can be replaced upon request, at an additional cost. For added comfort, you may bring your own bed linen. Please note that bath towels are not provided. During your stay, you can take advantage of all the residence's services: - fitness room with free access - coin-operated laundry with washing machines, tumble dryers, irons and ironing boards - living room with cable TV screen, table football in free access - free wifi access throughout the residence Optional paying services : - car park with automatic gate: 50 euros/month (plus 50 euros deposit for badge) Please arrive and make an appointment between 9am and midday, or between 1pm and 4.30pm.
