In the Champagne vineyards, half an hour west of Reims, a 17th century stone dwelling. And its garden with a panoramic view of the vineyards. Far from the main road below which crosses the village, this house is located on the heights, in a quiet area, at the corner of a small street and the square of the 12th century Romanesque church. It was built on the walls of the feudal castle, which has now disappeared but of which there is still a watchtower and a few walls that give it the appearance of a fortress. The garden, planted with trees and flowers, is completely enclosed by walls, it opens through a gate near the gable on the street. An outbuilding is at the bottom of the garden, hiding a grassy area with an old well. The house is currently operated as a gîte that can be rented in its entirety for ten people or divided into two, for a reception of six and four people thanks to two separate entrances, on the square side and on the garden side.
