With a surface of 18 sqm, this apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, a living area with 1 single bed of 80 cm and an independent bathroom. You will also have a free WiFi access and a flat screen tv with TNT. With your reservation you have a free parking space. You can benefit from the fitness room of the residence in free access. Pets are allowed with a supplement payable locally. During your stay you can enjoy hotel paying services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast buffet). Cleaning at the end of the stay as well as a weekly cleaning, with change of linen, are included. In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence. ARRIVAL: The reception is open until 20:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 12:00 / 14:00 to 19:00 on weekends and holidays. If you plan to arrive after these hours please contact the residence to organise your late arrival. DEPOSIT For rentals over 3 months, the deposit will be cashed.
