In Burgundy, in a Natura 2000 environment, on 6.5 hectares of land, an 18th-century manor, a 19th-century longère, outbuildings and a swimming pool. After passing a first white gate adorned with volutes, then a second gate at the end of an avenue lined with trees and a stone bridge spanning the river, the manor and the various buildings are revealed. The façades, pierced by straight or ogival bays, are dressed in rubble masonry with ashlar stone around the window frames and angle bands. The roofs, two or four-sided with dormers, are mainly covered with flat tiles. An gravel driveway runs along a lawned area with trimmed yews, then turns toward a part of the park planted with numerous trees and incorporating an orchard, a vegetable garden, as well as a garden located slightly lower down. A swimming pool measuring 9 m x 4 m is hidden from all nosy views by vegetation, next to a wooden guinguette with an open veranda. The façades of the main house, divided into several blocks, are pierced by bays mostly with transoms and feature a sober molding. A tower contains the main vestibule and a staircase, while an extension with a slate roof serves as the technical room for the pool. At the corner of the manor, the longère, built on a rectangular plan, is pierced by multiple bays and extended by a terrace on each side, as well as a lean-to at one end. A pétanque court sheltered by a row of trees is also located there. A detached barn of 247 m² includes a dwelling to be renovated at one end. A stable is located next to the stables, which comprise four boxes for a surface of about 63 m². Follow a binder, a shelter, then a garage with wooden sliding doors, measuring 46 m², intended for storing agricultural equipment and vehicles. It also serves as a hayloft in its upper part. All the buildings benefit from a view that extends far over the park, the meadow, and the surrounding woods.
