On a quiet street, the house is surrounded by numerous bourgeois homes, extended by their green gardens. The property extends behind a monumental cut-stone gate, formed by an elegant full-arch ashlar with radiating voussiers and closed by a two-leaf solid wood carriage door. The porch formerly gave access to meadows, where racehorses were kept. For a long time occupied by a local notable family, the main dwelling dates from the 18th century. The building rises two stories high, flanked by two lateral wings in a U-shaped plan. The ensemble is punctuated by numerous bays facing the courtyard as well as the wooded garden.
