A 15-hectare wine estate, including 12 hectares of vineyards. The castle and its outbuildings were built in the mid-19th century. All the buildings were built with carved Bordeaux stone and all the facades are listed as Historic Monuments. The castle overlooks the neighbouring village, overlooking the church and Saint-Émilion. The property has magnificent potential for winemaking and wine tourism. Extensive renovations are required to the castle and some of the outbuildings. The wines are of exceptional finesse and excellent quality, the wide reserve of wines allows the marketing of vintages from different years, which is an important advantage for the market.
