Here is a very charming little farmhouse made entirely of stone, habitable on one level without major renovations, typical of the southern Limousin. It is located in the municipality of Meuzac, 5 minutes from amenities and a substantial half-hour from the center of Limoges, featuring a large convertible attic, two barns, pigsties, a bread oven, a well, and a beautiful flat land of nearly 2 hectares. Lovers of beautiful interior and exterior stonework will be delighted. A surprising and adaptable layout The house has two entrances. The main entrance is located on the front facade, on the southwest side, via a sturdy oak door, after climbing 3 steps. You enter into a semi-open entrance vestibule (approx. 8m²) with full-height built-in wardrobes. To the right is the independent fitted kitchen (approx. 18m²) in rustic oak with a sink, oven, hob, and dishwasher. The original fireplace, still present, has been incorporated into the layout. Behind the kitchen, there is a back kitchen/laundry room (approx. 9m²) with a secondary entrance at ground level on the southeast gable. A second door from this room bypasses the kitchen and connects to the entrance via a hallway with built-in closets and a separate toilet (approx. 9m²). At the end of this hallway, there is a bedroom (approx. 12.5m²) with a northeast window, built-in closets, and an en-suite shower room (approx. 4m²). To the left of the entrance, there is a large "L"-shaped living-dining room (approx. 49.5m²) equipped with a fireplace insert. Part of the room is open up to the ridge with a very nice ceiling height, which you wouldn't suspect when you are in front of the house. An oak staircase runs along the wall with carefully pointed exposed stone. This wall, combined with the exposed ceiling beams, gives a beautiful character to this room. On the first floor, there is a mezzanine bedroom (approx. 11.5m²) with magnificent solid chestnut flooring. In continuation of this space, a door provides access to a large convertible attic of about 70m² on chestnut floors (original layout plans available on request). The house is raised on two cellars and a boiler room covering ¾ of the ground floor area. The boiler room contains the Buderus oil boiler from 2001, ensuring central heating and hot water for the house. Two tanks supplying oil to the boiler are also present. The house was renovated in the early 2000s, including heating, partial insulation, decoration, electricity, and sanitation. It remains compliant with standards in 2026. Several nice outbuildings The house, facing southwest, is located along a small departmental road. The buildings are shaped like a "U", with, on one side, two barns and pigsties, and on the other, the bread oven, the well, and the barbecue. Between these buildings and with no overlooking, as protected by them, the house faces a large central parking area allowing several vehicles to park easily. Sturdily built with a good roof of flat tiles, these former agricultural buildings are truly magnificent. Close to the house, pigsties (approx. 20m²) can serve as tool sheds or chicken coops. The back of the building leads directly onto the farmland. Attached to these pigsties are two beautiful barns, the first (approx. 110m²) originally had two stables. One of them has been removed. The other has been partially converted into a laundry space/summer kitchen. The second barn, attached to the first, was a hay barn. Therefore, it has a space open to the ridge of about 72m² on the ground. On the other side of the courtyard, there is a working bread oven with a tiled roof and an open baking area serving as a covered terrace in the summer. Right next to it is the barbecue and the well to supply water to the vegetable garden. A well-maintained land The property consists of 3 adjoining plots of land with a total area of approximately 1 hectare and 25 ares. The land is fully fenced. An entrance gate in front of the house gives access to a large parking area. Behi
