With a surface area of 32m², this flat includes a kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with a sofa, a separate bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and an independent bathroom. You will be able to enjoy free wifi and a flat screen TV with TNT. You will benefit from a free parking space with your accommodation. Pets are allowed with an extra charge to be paid on site. During your stay, you can take advantage of the hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and buffet breakfast). A weekly cleaning, including a change of linen, is included. Cleaning at the end of your stay is not included. In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person must be paid directly to the residence.
