In Touraine, a hunting lodge to restore on a wooded estate of about 45 hectares with a pond. At the edge of a wood, a driveway leads to the house, hidden behind tall trees. Facing south, the main façade is plastered, with stone quoins and a two-pitched slate roof pierced by four Jacobean dormers. The ground-floor bays and French doors, paired with small-paned joinery, are protected by wooden shutters. Two garages are closed by wooden doors, partly glazed above, topped with slate cladding. On the north face, ventilation dormers or dog-house dormers provide additional light. The interior needs to be completely redeveloped. On the side, a outbuilding closes the courtyard. An old well is still visible. The estate covers about 45 hectares, mainly woodland, surrounded by neighboring fields. An 1.5-hectare pond occupies one end of the property.
