In Brittany, 15 minutes from the beaches, an old 19th century mill. To be renovated, with park and outbuildings. The main building is made up of an old mill, built on an L-shaped plan, three levels high. Built of granite quarry blocks, it has a slate roof pierced by dormers on the front part and roof windows on the back. A stone terrace borders the first level, which leads to the living rooms. The garden level, below, is open to the rear and faces the outbuildings, served by a rubble stone staircase. On the other side, below, a stream crosses the property.
