Inspired by the thousand-year-old cliffs of Montpellier-le-Vieux, KEROS creates a dialogue between rock and the living, architecture and poetry. KEROS, in co-promotion with COGIM, rises like a mineral sculpture, with organic and textured facades, thought of as shaped by time. This unique creation houses 94 apartments from 2 to 5 rooms, all through rooms, bathed in light and extended by generous terraces or private roof terraces, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. Each apartment is distinguished by a customizable private entrance, noble materials, tiered architecture allowing air and light to circulate, and a living experience between sky and stone. The interiors, with soft mineral shades, are designed as a contemporary, elegant and sober setting, with a high level of comfort and personalization. The heart of the landscaped block, designed by the COLOCO landscape architects, reveals a secret garden where Mediterranean vegetation reclaims its rights: umbrella pines, lavender, olive trees and sculpted rocks draw a natural theatre alive throughout the seasons. KEROS is also a privileged location: a stone's throw from the tramway line 3, 10 minutes from Montpellier centre and 15 minutes from the beaches.
