In the Brenne Regional Natural Park, a 19th-century estate with its pool and a nearly 2-hectare fenced grounds. From a quiet country road, an access road splits: on one side, a grassy parking area, and on the other, a stone driveway leading to the main courtyard. Two circular towers frame the entrance. A gate opens to the first level, with a basin at its center. Two steps lead to a terrace facing the house, lined with a stone balustrade with psuedo-pedestals. The floor is paved in opus incertum. A few more steps lead to a second terrace level. Three built formations surround the courtyard. To the north, a first block includes a dwelling, extended by an adjoining barn and a garage. To the east, the main house, dated 1890, rises two stories under a flat-tiled roof. A tower topped with a four-sided slate roof subtly emphasizes its elevation. The building connects to a barn to the south, dated 1863, via a room converted into a professional kitchen. Extending from the main dwelling, to the east of the grounds, a wooden-frame shelter with a four-pitched roof opens onto the secured pool area and its pool-house. The whole sits on approximately 2 hectares of land.
