The residence is located in a quiet area, yet just a stone's throw from the city centre. You'll be just two tram stops from Lille-Flandres station, and just one stop from Lille-Europe station. All flats are completely self-contained and equipped with high-quality bedding, a private bathroom, a work area and a full kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave and crockery kit. Pets are welcome on request and at an additional cost. In the case of seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person must be paid directly to the residence.
