North of the Pilat Massif, in the Saint-Étienne plain, an 1850 manor house, its outbuildings and its park of more than 3 hectares. Nearby the village with a dominant view, the residence is set in a walled park planted with classified trees and featuring a rock cascade as well as a water feature. The building complex centers around the manor house, about 540 m² in area, oriented to the northwest, rising two and a half levels on a basement with a slate roof. Constructed in several phases, the house comprises an initial building dating from 1851, framed by two forward-leaning wings, to which, on the west side, an additional second block of living quarters rhythmically punctuated by a turret was added in 1870. The facade, with its light plaster revealing the bricks, is animated by balconies, two bay windows, a porch topped with a canopy, and a large terrace. Farther away, the gardener's house stands with its own access, and various outbuildings.
