In the south of the Puy-de-Dôme, just below the village of Usson, a restored old farm, hidden from sight, and its pool. Concealed behind a steel and wood gate, built in a U-shaped plan, the former southern-tinged farm centers around its inner courtyard. The main residence, with thick walls, rising over two levels and topped with a two-pitched roof of warm-toned canal tiles typical of the region, offers about 245 m² of living space. It combines basalt stone laid in lime and stone and tile surrounds. To the south, a summer kitchen, a pool house and a swimming pool invite outdoor living.
