



Situated in the heart of the new Vigny Musset district, at the foot of the Vercors mountains and very close to the business hub of southern Grenoble, the residence is easily accessible from the A480 motorway. The flat is on the second floor of a secure residence with lift. It can accommodate one person and includes a kitchenette (with fridge and electric hob) and a bathroom. A cable Internet connection (provided) is available in the flat free of charge at all times. Self-service laundry facilities are available in the residence for a fee. You will find crockery and kitchen utensils for cooking and everything you need to clean the flat. You can bring your own sheets. However, please BRING YOUR BATH TOWELS as they are not provided. All utilities and electricity are included in the rent. ARRIVAL: You must arrive during the manager's opening hours, MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 4.00 TO 6.00 pm. No arrivals will be possible outside these times or on weekends and public holidays. A GUARANTEE DEPOSIT of 150 will be requested by cheque on arrival. It will be returned to you on departure. DEPARTURE : - The accommodation must be vacated NO LATER THAN 11.00 am. - The accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition. We remind you that a cleaning kit is available in your accommodation. If this is not the case, you may be charged a cleaning fee of 80 (inc. VAT). - Lock the shutters, windows and front door and hand the keys to your residence manager or, failing that, leave them in his letterbox. - Take out the rubbish and put it in the appropriate bin. HOUSE RULES : - It is forbidden to smoke in the communal areas of the residence and in the flat. - It is forbidden to cause a nuisance or disturbance to neighbours (noise, disturbance) either in the communal areas or in the flat, day or night. - The outside areas must be respected and preserved, in the same way as the living space (including furniture). - This accommodation is not suitable for children.
