The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator of a building located in a very quiet street. It has been completely renovated and has modern facilities (16/9 television, Wifi Internet in optical fiber, etc). It is equipped with : - fully equipped kitchen with oven, complete set of dishes, fridge/freezer, kettle,, with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine (capsules not provided). - a very large living room with dining room (for 4), living room with sofa bed (2 places), TV, dressing room - a bedroom with a double bed and dressing room - a bathroom with shower, washbasin, hair dryer - separate toilet Shutters and curtains. Ventilator. You have access to the entire apartment which is equipped with free high-speed Wifi. All bed and bathroom linen is provided for 4 travellers on your arrival (including the sofa bed)! I remain discreet and the traveller has independent access to the accommodation. I live in Grenoble and remain available for all requests! Located in a very quiet residential area with local shops : Tabac Presse at the foot of the building Bakery at 2 min walk Pizza to go 2 min walk away Tramway E and C, station "Vallier - Libération". The Tram C will be very useful for you to join the University of Grenoble. The Tram E will be very useful to get to the city centre or to the train station. Parking is free in the street of the building and in the surrounding streets (but be careful, you have to pay on the Cours Jean Jaurès).
