Direct and fast access (3 min) to GEM. The Tram at 2 min on foot to go to the city center or to the train station (5 min on foot) By car: free parking of the residence. Direct access from the expressway, exit 2. By public transport: Tram B to go to the Presqu'île or to the town centre via the train station.
