This 25m² studio is located in the Europole business district, close to the train station, the city center and all amenities. It is fully furnished and can accommodate up to 2 people with a fully equipped kitchen including dishes, kitchen utensils, hotplates, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and refrigerator, a bathroom with bathtub and a safe. You will be able to take advantage of the free Wifi, the fitness room and in case of need, our reception team will be available 24 hours a day. All bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival and a weekly cleaning is included during your stay (except for the kitchen area which is at your charge). A coin operated laundry is available in the establishment for a fee. Public transportation nearby: Streetcars A & B St Bruno and train station at 5 min walk. The discovery of the city and the area can be done on foot or by bike and we have a closed bike room. Parking is possible in the establishment by a car elevator (paying and the car must not measure more than 4.70m long for 1.90m high and wide) or around the establishment (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding parking lots (Grenoble Gares Europole parking lot). In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person, will be paid directly to the residence.
