



On the heights of a seaside town on the Penthièvre coast, a villa from the late 19th century. On a plot of nearly 2,000 m². A few steps from the village center and the beach, reachable on foot, the property is situated along the coastal road that leads to the neighboring Val-André. The projecting bay with its balcony also has a steeply pitched roof with two slopes, a moderate overhang and a discreet cornice highlighted by exposed rafter tails under the eave.
