On the heights of a seaside town on the Penthièvre coast, a villa from the late 19th century. On a plot of nearly 2,000 m². A few steps from the village center and the beach, reachable on foot, the property is situated along the coastal road that leads to the neighboring Val-André. Surrounded by other seaside homes of various periods and styles, it adjoins a large plot. In addition to a clearing and parking area, it includes in the south a large terrace with an outdoor pool. Enclosed by walls or mature hedges, the whole is hidden from view. Built in the center of the plot, the house was erected at the very end of the 19th century. In sandstone and brick, in the two-body square balnéaire style with a gable facade. The front wing is preceded by a two-level bay window, crowned by a balcony. The structure is mainly made of sandstone rubble with anchors, window encasements and horizontal bands in red brick, like the tall chimney stems. The slate roof with a zinc ridge is of two principal slopes with dormers having triangular pediments. The projecting bay with its balcony also has a steeply pitched roof with two slopes, a moderate overhang and a discreet cornice highlighted by exposed rafter tails under the eave.
